Gary Lavin of the C'est la Vie Team
Gary Lavin
Gary Lavin, co-owner of C’est la Vie Salon, has been influencing the fashion industry since 1986. He’s been dedicated to great hair as a trained Paul Mitchell stylist and educator since 1991. Not only has he owned his own salons since 1996, he’s also styled many television celebrities including those working on ABC TV, The View, and Prime Time Live. He moved to Destin, Florida after hurricane Katrina in 2005 but returns to New Orleans each month to care for the clients who rely on him. He believes in the philosophy that if you look good, you’ll feel good and do good. You’ll find him exceptionally knowledgeable and also very approachable. He prefers his clients tell him if they have style preferences so he can truly provide the services desired. He’s enthusiastic about what he does and it’s obvious he still loves the art and science of hair that he brings to clients after all these years.

A New Orleans native, Heather attended the Paul Mitchell Partner School Academy of Creative Hair Design while working for her Uncle as a salon receptionist. After graduation, she continued her education and became a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell.
